WELCOME

The Perth Hebrew Congregation (PHC) has been at the heart of the Perth Jewish community for 133 years. We are an Orthodox congregation that caters to individuals and families of all levels of observance and Rabbi Lieberman and the board welcome visitors to Perth and to Shule.
Below please find information may be of interest and assistance to visitors.  ​

Visitor Form

If you are a visitor to Perth from inter-state or overseas and are planning to visit the Perth Hebrew Congregation or to attend a service, please download, complete and submit the Visitor Information Form to office@thephc.com.au so that we can make arrangements to welcome you at shule. Please bring ID with you on the day.

When you submit the visitor form, please also let us know if you would like to be hosted for a Shabbat or Yom Tov meal with a member of our congregation.

 

Address

We are at 28 Freedman Road, Menora 6050. For access during office hours please park in the carpark on Plantation Street and enter via gate 2 (near the rear of the carpark).

Kosher Food Providers

  • The Kosher Providore is a butchery, bakery and general food retail store.  They are located on the PHC premises in the carpark off Plantation Street.  They sell ready-made meals, incl schnitzel, lasagne , soup, pies etc

  • Kosher foods and supplies are also available from Coles (general retailer) and kosher foods are labelled in the Coles Dianella store (approx 2.5km from the PHC). 

  • Veggie Mama is the only Kosher restaurant in town – 9227 1910

Transport

On arrival, if you need a dedicated Uber driver, Bernard Bettane has a people mover and can transport luggage etc.  His mobile number is 0410 558 383.  Alternatively there are taxis, general Uber operators and Perth Transport runs a very safe and reliable train and bus service.  If you will be renting a car, one could use Bayswater Car Rental ‘No Birds’ or Northside Rentals.
